How long is the free trial?
14 days from the moment you sign up. You don't need to give payment details to start, and you get the features of your chosen plan from day one.
Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No. You pay monthly, you can cancel any time, and there are no setup or exit fees.
Can I switch plan?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Which plans let me use my own domain?
Agency and Premium. You'll need to own the domain already, and connecting it takes about 10 minutes. On every plan, your site is live at yourcompanyname.pillarpostweb.com.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, at any time. On a paid plan, your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for.
